Jovia Financial Credit Union's flagship branch re-opened on December 11, 2019 with an inviting and friendly look and feel, bearing little resemblance to a traditional branch. The new branch reflects Jovia's brighter banking experience and a friendly approach to banking with pod-style meeting spaces, a coffee bar, phone chargers and a bank of Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) to speak directly to tellers.

Located on the ground level of the credit union’s headquarters, the branch has been completely redesigned and re-configured from its previous version. The modern, updated look exudes a relaxed and comforting atmosphere. Stuffy waiting areas and glass teller partitions have been replaced with stylish furniture, open spaces, warm colors and the latest in banking enhancements that meld personal service with digital solutions.

“Over the past few years we’ve been redesigning our branches, marrying digitally driven solutions with personalized member service. The re-opening of our flagship branch in Westbury truly captures the new personality and direction of our credit union,” said John Deieso, President and CEO of Jovia.

And for those pulling into the branch in an electric vehicle, Jovia will have four electric vehicle charging stations available to the public at no charge.

The hours of the Westbury branch, located at 1000 Corporate Drive, are 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Wednesday; 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Thursday; 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., Friday; and 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., Saturday. Members can also access the credit union’s ITM tellers with extended hours: 8 a.m. – 7 p.m., Monday through Friday.
