How do I set up a travel notification to avoid any issues with my Visa® debit or credit card?

Travel notifications can be placed through our Online Banking platform. Be sure to give us a few days notice so we can set up your account appropriately.

Setup Travel Notification

Travel notifications submitted Monday through Friday before 4:00pm will be processed that day.

To report a travel notification after 4:00pm weekdays, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays, please call the following numbers directly:

  • Debit Cards: (866) 820-8793
  • Credit Cards: (866) 820-3031

Travel dates cannot exceed one (1) year. You would need to notify the credit union annually to extend travel dates.
