How do I schedule automatic or recurring payments on Bill Pay?

We want to make paying bills easy. We offer several different ways to set-up automatic payments through our Bill Pay service:
  • You can set up an automatic payment when you receive a bill electronically through your 'Bill Inbox.' By doing this, the system will automatically pay the minimum amount due on your bill each month.
  • If you do not receive your bill electronically, you can still schedule a recurring payment for a set amount each month.
To schedule either of these, click on the Options button in the payee tile, then click on Automatic Payments and follow the on-screen prompts.
