If you have a US-based mobile phone, you can use it to receive a one-time passcode via SMS text or automated voice call as long as your wireless carrier and plan are supported within the country you are visiting. In addition to having your one-time passcode sent to a phone, you may have it sent to the email address we have on file for you. Mobile banking users can use biometric authentication to log in to their apps. Touch ID and facial recognition can be set up on your mobile app depending on the type of authentication the device uses.
