What do I do if my debit or credit Card is lost, stolen, or has fraudulent activity?

For lost or stolen cards or to report fraudulent activity:
- Credit Cards: Call (800) 449-7728 - Your new card will be mailed to you within 7-10 days.
- Debit Cards: Visit one of our branches to cancel the lost/stolen card and have a new debit card issued to you instantly. You can also contact our Call Center to cancel the lost/stolen card and have a new one mailed to you within 4-5 days. After regular business hours, call (866) 820-8793 for assistance.
