Where do I find my member number?
When you open your account, we will provide you with your member number. It is also located in the upper right-hand corner of your statements, whether you receive them by mail or view them online.
To view your member number on your statements in online and mobile banking:
- Sign into online or mobile banking.
- If you are using mobile banking, navigate to the "More" button on the bottom navigation and scroll down to "Statements & Documents." In online banking, you will see "Statements & Documents" in the top navigation.
- Select "Statements" and then select "Paperless Statements."
- Then select the statement you would like to view and tap on the PDF icon under "Statement." This will bring up the statement, and your member number can be found in the upper right corner.
