Why does Jovia use Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs)?
In addition to the great benefits outlined here, we are also using this technology as it will allow us to open more branches and better serve our members. Our branches will still be the home to staff like managers and member service representatives who can assist with account openings and financial guidance, while account transactions will take place at the ITM with the Interactive Teller team.
We have always emphasized providing our members with real, innovative solutions that will make banking easier and more accessible. This new technology will allow us to do that and we'll be able to (quite literally!) branch out into new communities.
