Why isn't my credit score available in online and mobile banking?

- No accounts are present on the credit file at the time of scoring
- The oldest account on the credit file has been open for less than six months.
- No accounts on the credit file have been updated within the past six months.
- The individual is disputing all accounts on the credit file that are updated in the past six months.
- Insufficient credit history to provide a score.
- The individual is under 18.
- The individual is a business.
