Why isn't my credit score available in online and mobile banking?

We are sorry, but we do not have a credit score to display for you at this time. There are a few possible reasons for this:

  1. No accounts are present on the credit file at the time of scoring
  2. The oldest account on the credit file has been open for less than six months.
  3. No accounts on the credit file have been updated within the past six months.
  4. The individual is disputing all accounts on the credit file that are updated in the past six months.
  5. Insufficient credit history to provide a score.
  6. The individual is under 18.
  7. The individual is a business.
