Will overtime, commission, or bonus income be considered when evaluating my mortgage application?

For bonus, overtime, or commission income to be considered, you must have a history of receiving it for the past 2 years and it must be likely to continue. We will need copies of your W-2 forms for the previous two years and a recent pay stub dated within 30 days of application date. A third-party verification will also be ordered from your employer to confirm the likelihood of continuance.
