What is the credit union routing number?
Jovia Financial Credit Union's routing number (also known as an ABA number) is 221480807.

If you have checks for your account, our routing number can be found on the bottom left-hand corner of your checks; the routing number will be the first group of numbers.
What do I do if my debit or credit card is lost, was stolen, or has fraudulent activity?

Reporting a card lost, or stolen depends on if it's a credit or debit card.

For Debit Cards:

  • Debit Cards: Visit one of our branches to cancel the lost/stolen card and have a new debit card issued to you instantly. You can also contact us to cancel the lost/stolen card and have a new one mailed to you within 4-5 days. After regular business hours, call (866) 820-8793 for assistance.

For Credit Cards:

  • Call (800) 449-7728 - Your new card will be mailed to you within 4-5 days.
In the case of fraud, we also ask that you complete our Visa Fraud Form.

Do I need to notify you if I will be traveling with my Visa® debit or credit card?

The security of your accounts is very important to us and we consistently monitor activity on your card(s) to prevent fraud. Whenever you are traveling outside of the state where you live, let us know, so we can ensure that there is no interruption in the usage of your debit or credit card.

Simply sign in to online banking and complete our Travel Notification Form:

  • Select the 'Additional Services' menu near the top of the page
  • Click on 'Travel Notification'
  • Follow the easy prompts
Be sure to give us a few days notice so we can set up your account appropriately.

Can I use my Visa® credit card to get cash at an ATM?
You can use your Visa® credit card to obtain cash from any ATM that displays the Visa® logo. We will not charge a fee for using your credit card in an ATM. You will need to know your credit card PIN (Personal Identification Number). If you need a new PIN or forgot your PIN, please contact us.
Do you offer notary services?

Yes, we do! Notary services are available at all branch locations and are free of charge for our members.

How do I sign up for paperless statements in Online & Mobile Banking?
Accessing your statement online is easy:
  • Enroll or Sign in to Online Banking
  • On the navigation bar, click on the 'Online Statements and Tax Docs' tab
  • You will be presented with a brief disclosure. Once you accept the terms, you will have access to your current and previous month's statements. Up to 24 months of account statements will be available to you.
You will be notified each month when your statement is available. You can also opt to print your statement if you need a paper copy. Visit the homepage of our website to enroll or sign in today!

Prefer to view your statements on your mobile device? You can do that, too. Download our mobile app and log in to Online Banking. Once you're logged in, you can find the online statement option under the 'More' menu on the iPhone/iPad app or under the main menu on the Android apps.

How do I order checks?
You can contact us by phone or come to a branch to place an order for checks. Once we order your first batch of checks, you can always reorder the same checks online through online banking.
If you are looking to re-order checks for your Home Equity Line of Credit, you can submit the request via email.
